Sometimes we just get fooled by some enticing offers but when we realise that it was just bait, we repent. I was just fooled by Uninor’s “distance discount” offer and leaving my old Airtel number I took a new Uninor number (number portability wasn’t introduced yet). Now I find that Uninor’s service is a big disaster.
All the time I keep facing the network and call drop problem. Just forget about making or getting any call if you are in outskirt. I doubt if there is a dispute between Airtel and Uninor because I rarely can make a call from Uninor to Airtel.
Although the service of Uninor is terrible but there are some positive points about it. It provides free missed call alert service, discount (the discount ranges from min. 5% to max. 60%) almost on every call, nominal call rate, and of course a good speed net because there are a very subscribers of Uninor.
Thanks to the number portability scheme I can switch back to another network and I would not suggest anyone to switch to Uninor.

Yeah you are right the network is pathetic and the customer service is awful and in a day it only connects once.In order to start the connection it took one month all the documents getting approved so i do not prefer uninor. And all the STV recharges are also failure. The 33rs of recharge which commits to give 99 only gives 45 mins and have registered all my complaints also which are of no use and the backhand team of theirs is also useless.
Uninor is charging me randomly without my knowledge. I hate uninor!!!!
