• User Review Moderation: All reviews submitted by our members are subject to moderation by our moderators to check for spam and abusive contents. However, many of the reviews may skip the moderation process and automatically approved by our system. If you find any issue with the content of the reviews or other contents published on the website or if you feel that a particular review or user is abusing our free online review and rating system, please report the same by contacting us. Mobile Review Terms & Conditions

Mobile users can send their product or service reviews through SMS and once we receive the SMS reviews, the same will be put to queue for moderated publication on the FeedbackerTeam.com. The moderation is done in order to avoid spam submissions and to check abuse of our free review submission system.

Mobile users should understand the following Terms & Conditions before sending any reviews through SMS. Once you send a review through SMS, it is assumed that you have gone through these Terms & Conditions and you understood each point in detail.

• All Reviews submitted through Mobile SMS are subject to moderation for spam submissions. It is the responsibility of the users to submit genuine reviews and rating for a product or service they are reviewing.
• All Reviews submitted through Mobile SMS may NOT be published. Reviews are required to have a Rating associated with them. Reviews without a proper Rating may NOT be published or otherwise a Rating may be assigned by our moderators to such reviews based on the tone of the review content.
• Reviews submitted through Mobile SMS will be published with part of the mobile number as the reviewer’s name, masking some part of the mobile number to enhance privacy. User should read the Mobile User Privacy Policy before submitting any review through SMS.

Email Review Terms & Conditions

Apart from Mobile SMS, one can submit their reviews about products and services through email messages. For that they can send their emails to review@feedbackerteam.com. All reviews submitted through emails are subject to moderation and maybe be rejected if it do not meet our review quality standard. The reviews sent through email may be published under a truncated form of the email or through a general user named ByEmail.

The Terms and Conditions listed above are subject to change or modification without prior notice to anyone.

Comment/Reply to Review Feature

The FeedbackerTeam admin and moderators reserves the right to publish any comment/reply posted on the website (by either registered member or non-registered visitor) as a review or classified or question if the content of the comment/reply meets our post content standard.

In case of comments from a visitor who does not already have an account with us, our system will automatically create an account for him/her when his or her comment/reply has been published as as a review or a classified ad or a question on the website. Correspondingly, a new system generated password along with the login details will be sent to the email provided by him/her while submitting the comment/reply. The FeedbackerTeam admin or the moderator reserves the right to select an appropriate rating of the product or service in concern based on the content of the comment/reply. In case the corresponding member feels the need to change any part of the content, he/she can email FeedbackerTeam support at support@feedbackerteam.com.
