TNEB Online Payment Problem
I have been paying the Electricity bills for the past 6 months through the TNEB Online Payment system using netbanking without any problem but my last month’s bill payment has not been reflected in the system. I have paid through SBI netbanking and I have the record and transaction ID for the same in my computer.
Also, when I tried to pay the bill this time, I am not able pay it using the net banking. The payment system is also very slow now and it hangs a lot of time when I try to load the details. I am not sure whether the website maintenance people are working on improving it or not.
I request the TNEB people to please maintain the website properly and let us pay the bill online easily. Because I do not have time stand in long queue to pay the bill anymore.
