It’s been long time that we were planning for a home. Saving every penny we could so that we can get the best dream house we have ever dreamt for was really hard. At last, we thought we have enough money to finance it. Then we started looking for classifieds and builders with whom we can invest.
I heard that Square Foot builders are one of the leading builders and use to provide best dream houses with excellent infrastructure. So I consulted with them. But to my amazement, after a year they have shown me my dream house and it was never the one I was wishing for. I wonder if I have forgotten to tell them about my choices or have I not listened to them properly while I was told about the infrastructure they are going to provide.
I do not want to stay in such a house after investing so much money. I could have gone for other builders. It was my mistake I never turned on the other builders. I cannot blame them now. They even told me if I want to cancel the deal, I can go for it but they will forfeit the deposit I have made. I am now in a dilemma for I don’t want to lose my money.
I feel helpless and would like to inform to those who is going to deal with this builder to make sure you get what you are told.

they are Frauds.. all know who is sqft props.. those who wrote good reviews- if any of you have guts give your flat num and telephone number.. squarefoot frauds hired group of peoples to write a good reviews abt their company. .. Bunch of thieves and frauds… dont ever pay single penny and fall into their trap… i still didnt get my monmey back…a request to website administrator. Please check all the good reviews its written by same ip.. Guys.. Pls dont fall into their trap..
problem same with all of us.. v all can join together and take severe action against those frauds..i have all the Emails and sms chains exchanged awith sqft properties.. today i spoken to sachin and he told me u r a ordinary person..u r bugging me for ten thousand and writing reviews in net.. we will not refund money.. he threatened me and used bad words… i recorded that call..i have all the prrof against them.

all the good reviews written here abt squarefoot properties is fake..they hire group of ppls and write good reviews abt ther company..website administrator..please track the IP..u can understand..
Not only parijatha – all properties sold by squarefooty are illegal. As per BBMP law only 0123 – 4 floors are approved in all over Bangalore.. they are selling only illegal flats.. sachin is no.1 fraud,thief,blood sucker..dont fall in his trap..i lost 10000 .. aftr seeing my revies many cal’d me and many lost 2 lacs,5 lacs etc..still i didnt get my 10k..
