I have been using the “Recharge it now” website for quite some time now and I have never faced a problem and so, I have never felt the need of contacting their customer care number until a few days back. But few days back when I tried to recharge my airtel number with Rs 200 topup recharge online, I got an error page right after the payment has been completed. I used my hdfc bank visa debit card for the payment.
When I checked my bank account through internet banking, I found that the rs. 200 has been already deducted from my account but the recharge has not come yet on my mobile phone.
I waited for some half an hour to check if the recharge will come and then decided to give them a call at their customer care number. But to my surprise, I could not find any number on the recharge it now website for contact. I searched the whole website but there is no customer support helpline or anything of that sort. But there is way to contact their support through message and I sent them a message. I got the 2 days later saying that I will get the refund if the recharge is not successful.
Fortunately, I got my refund yesterday. But I suggest recharge it now team to have at least one phone number where the customers can contact them because it is very annoying not to be able to contact the support team directly when we have paid for some service. I hope recharge it now team is reading this. Thanks.

I used it on 09/05/2011 for dth recharge by Rs.100 my tranjction was fail in present i did not get my refund
my 2 recharge got failed one is of 91 rs which is failed on 21st April 2011 and another is on 12th May 2011 of 100 rs and as of now they have not be refunded …and i didnt get any updated on the same… i want my money back asap.. otherwise i will take stick action against them
I used it on 15/07/2011 for sun direct recharge by Rs.200 my tranjction was fail in present i did not get my refund
Regarding unsuccessful Recharge

I m a regular subscriber of recharge it now I have faced failed recharge problem 2Days back (21/11/2011)that payment was deducted from my account on ( SBI Net Banking ).I made complain for the failures 1 times But till now I didn’t get that balance amount.
Another thing I was made that recharge for Airtel mobile no.9932834570 of Rs50/- prch order.no.MK00000642696,

dear sir main online recharge ki facility lene ke liye 3-time mail kiya magar abhi tak mujhe yes$no ka kuch bhi jawab nahi aaya pls send me my request reply
I recharged Rs. 125.00 on 23/07/11 to my aircel no- 8802273542, through my CITI bank Credit card , my amount got deducted but still today it has not been recharged, two complain all ready lodged but no damage done so far , no answer received to my end so far, my support ticket ‘query/feedback’ request no is : 00712250711. So i am helpless as there is no customer care no, and through E-Mail how can you make good the things, this company is a cheater.
The email id : contactus@rechargeitnow.com given on there site is also bogus. i lost Rs.333 recharge, please beware…
Guys, Call them on 0124-2578200 – Estel technologies will receive the call ask them to pass it to rechargeitnow customer care. Wish u get your money back.
