This is my first review and I want to write about the Flipkart Customer Service and my overall Flipkart.com experience. On a friends suggestion, I ordered a Samsung mobile phone from the Flipkart.com website. But later I got a call telling me that there may be little delay in the delivery because the mobile phone that I have ordered was not in their stock but he told me that he will give me a call as soon as the mobile phone is in stock and that his team is trying to get it anyhow as soon as possible.
I was impressed by that call alone and next day I got another call telling me that the mobile phone has been dispatched and it should reach me soon. From my personal experience, the customer care experience was great and the service they are providing is simply worth appreciation.
Another thing I love is their easy checkout and secure payment system. I hate it when I am giving too much option at the time of checking out. Flipkart is not like that and they have a simple checkout system and I love it.
I will surely shop for more from Flipkart.com.

I have been hearing good things about this flipkart and I am also seeing lots of advertisement everywhere. I will have to try this out. But I hardly trust any online in India as I have had first hand experience of being scammed by some of these online stores earlier. But thanks for the information.
Well, I WAS one the happy users of FLIPKART., until yesterday. All I did was order a book a week back, and still havent received it when its said 2-3 days. Their customer service no 080 43526600 has got a very poor response time. TRY calling them now. I bet you wont get thru.And I dont think i’ll ever receive my book.

I had ordered this mobile Nokia C5 along with a Molife pouch ,the flipkart guy (Sharad) confirmed the order & commited me delivery of the mobile on Friday (9th July), so i was relaxed as i dint had to run to retail stores for shoping ,to my surprise when i tracked my order this morning , i was shocked that my mobile order was still under processing & was to be shipped yet,i wanted to gift this to my wife on very special day today, but flipkart had spoiled this.To know the reason i called up the cust care and they said they are helpless, i asked the CC exec to transfer my call to their TeamLead, so Mr Keshap spoke to me on phone, even he was not ready to comment on the delay of shipment.He said sir i wud ensure tht u will get this product tmrw morning but for this he wud call me back for confirmation….even after 4 hrs m still waiting for a reponse.
Finally i ahve decided to buy this from mobile from nerby retai shop..
GUYS PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ON FLIPKART….
