Dealsandyou: Poor service, dismal support, misleading information about delivery

Do NOT Agree? Write Your Own Review, Quick!
I bought a Blackberry on the 21st of July, which had a guaranteed delivery time “within 21 days”. As of the 22nd of August, I am still waiting for this product. After numerous calls & emails, the only response I have received is – we are looking into this matter for you and will advise you in 3 days.
This 3 day time limit was advised to me on the 16th of August. Obviously, the 3 days specified are not really fixed, they are more like a “maybe someone will get back to you”.
During my calls, I asked to speak to a supervisor / manager to discuss my issues, however I was told that no-one would speak to me as they didn’t have anything else to say to me!!!
I would never recommend this website to anyone.
I have given a rating of 0.5 as there is no lower ratings available.
