I received my first delivery from Deals And You a few weeks ago and here is my review on their mobile phone offer. I have purchased a Blackberry mobile phone through their website at www.dealsandyou.com since I lost the same phone while traveling from Bangalore to Chennai. I really love this phone and when I saw this offer on Deals and You, I decided to buy it.
I placed my order and the next day I tried to call up their customer helpline number but the number was busy most of the time. I got the delivery of the mobile phone after some 15 days or so. I was very happy with their offer but when I started checking out the phone, I found that the battery charger has got some problem. I had to tighten the charging point in order to make it work. The good thing was, I already have another charger from my old mobile phone and I use it now.
I tried their customer care number to complain about the charger but the number always seem to be busy. I know this may be the problem of their vendor but Deals And You should keep their customer care line open to entertain complaints and customer problems. Otherwise they are going to lose a lot of customers like me.

hi to all u ppl out there who hv liked deals and you…. this site does give deals n recieves the payment in an instant… n then call u back after a couple of days saying tht the vendor backed off. n informs u tht u r given store credit, w…hich is never seen wen u want a new deal to b purchased frm tht credit. thn wen one calls their support line, the voice opposite asks a few questions n keep on hold till eternity n finally comes back n asuures u tht they will do the needful immediately, which is not done. thn u call thm back again n the same things repeated.N also no response to the mails. so u never get the store credit nor u get ur money credited to ur A/c. n u end up wasting more money on fone calls. So dear all, BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE N ITS DEALS. tc hv a gr8 day ahead.

I have booked Reebok watch on 24th June 2010. Till days I didn’t get my product.
My order no is 100067453.
I have called to there customer care but didn’t get proper response.
Actually why they are taking 21 working days means almost 40 days from the date of order.
I want my product or money back. Please let me know what can I do.
Do any one have higher authority contact no or something on which I can get the proper response.

Hey this is pretty serious. I bought the deals from you guys for movie tickets and the validity of the service was till 13 August 2011 now all of a sudden you decided to reduce my validity to 31 July 2011 and your helpline is a disaster as always.
Nobody wants to help and cannt even call you for the assistance. When i first called your systems were down. Today i had a family plan for going to movie and nobody was picking up the phone at the vendor that you mentioned Movietime Rajouri Garden and when i called you for the validity, I was told it will take 48 hrs for any response and gave me the number of the vendor and that number gave me another number after trying several attempts on that phone number. The next number i recieved from them doesnt work either so i called Deals and You and got the response that i will hear from their team in 48 hrs again.
Now my deal is about to get expire according to you and i cannt use it between friday and sunday and i havent used it in 2 weeks and the 4 week offs that i had on monday and tuesday just because of your service.
This is highly unacceptable and the representatives said that the amount paid is non refundable. So this is cheating on your part on failure to deliever service. Although the amount of Rs 1050 is not too small but what is not right is not right and i will stand for justice. I am harrassed and denied service here and this is not good after being a customer with you.
Please Deals and You being a reputed company stand for your reputation and provide me some good resolution as soon as you can

Guys, this is so pathetic. Thank you very much for sharing your reviews. I was almost going to buy the Blackberry Storm II but after seeing all these comments, I must back-off now. I’m better off paying 9K more and buying something which is fully functional and knowing that someone reliable will support the product after I buy from ‘em. Thanks once again.. I hope your query and issues are resolved at the soonest.

otherwise u would have suffered a lot
these ppl are total fraud
i received two Rs 250 coupons from them
but everytime I want to use the coupons, the order is not placed
It goes in pending and the coupon is shown as to be used
the customer helpline is very difficult to approach and useless.
Wont recommend this site to anyone.

Never Buy from Deals and You. Customer servie is pathetic. They issue vouchers which are not activated
